About...

Hello and welcome!

A little history ... I don’t know what compelled me to do so, but I’d often scribble the phrase ‘all the people’ in running-hand, when buying a pen, all through my growing years. People mattered to me from a very young age. What they thought, how they dressed, how they spoke and how they lived their lives. I was an observer and a listener. I very easily became the confidante, the ‘builder-upper’ and the go-to person, for friends and family on several occasions. I'd soak in their stories and learn from them. I felt trusted. In turn, I too could trust people easily and feel comfortable in my skin. My intuition for seeing people's inner being was strong. I inspired several in their moments of vulnerability, helped them get clarity, and gave them the courage to take meaningful action and emerge stronger and happier. Such interactions gave me immense fulfilment.

I have been a C-suite position holder and have 30+ years of work experience in a variety of Indian and international organisations in industries like Financial Services, Media, FMCG, and Education, where skills like Business Strategy Communication, Empathy, Executive Presence,  Leadership, Marketing, People & Project Management, Public Speaking, Sales, Storytelling, helped me to achieve my career goals.

When the proverbial milestone of 50 arrived, I wistfully looked back at my work life and felt the urgent need for change. A reflective SWOT exercise helped me discover the common threads of my life experiences that gave me joy: People, Listening to & and telling stories and Empathy and compassion for people – these moments made me be in the PRESENT. I knew I had to do something that made me experience this sweet spot. I decided to make the most conscious change in my life. I chose COACHING as my profession.

Credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, I enable:

  1. INDIVIDUALS: I enable them to become self-aware and have meaningful connections with themselves, and others within their personal & professional ecosystems.

  2. TEAMS: enabling them to collectively thrive and achieve more. As Helen Keller said - Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much. Priya helps teams leverage their collective strength to be a powerhouse that makes an impact.

“I notice your interest to understand the musings of my mind. I notice your gentle agreement to some of my methods and a gentler disagreement to some others. I also felt lighter after talking to you during a session. I am not someone who opens up to my closest friends fully, so, the fact that I opened up to you about my vision for the future meant that I trusted in your discretion as a coach.”
